Terms of service.

Welcome to Aisle Capture It! These Terms of Service outline important information about our process, policies, and client expectations. By booking a service and signing your contract, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Aisle Capture It is a wedding content creation business based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Services include:

  • Vertical-format short-form video content (Instagram Reels and TikToks)

  • Behind-the-scenes photos and videos captured on an iPhone

  • Candid moments, wedding details, and real-time clips

  • Edited Reels and sneak peeks, depending on your selected package

Please note: Aisle Capture It is not a replacement for professional photography or videography.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date.

  • The remaining 70% balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • Accepted forms of payment will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed contract is in place.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The 30% retainer is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable in full, subject to applicable law and the signed contract.

  • If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your new date if available, within 12 months of the original date.

4. Content Delivery

  • Sneak peek clips, if included in your selected package, will be delivered within 24 hours following your event.

  • Your full batch of content will be delivered within 72 hours following your event.

  • Content is delivered via Google Drive or a downloadable folder link.

  • Raw clips are delivered unedited unless otherwise specified. Edited Reels are included according to your selected package.

5. Ownership & Usage

  • Clients have the right to download, share, and repost their delivered content for personal use.

  • Aisle Capture It retains the right to use captured content for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Location & Travel

  • Aisle Capture It is based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, serving Chicagoland and surrounding areas.

  • Travel within a 30-mile driving distance of our home base is included in all packages at no additional cost.

  • Travel beyond 30 miles is available with the Past the Aisle and Beyond the Aisle packages, subject to availability and additional travel fees.

  • Out-of-state and international travel is available exclusively through our destination wedding package, which includes a second content creator for additional coverage.

  • Additional travel expenses, including transportation, accommodations, and other necessary travel costs, may apply for destination weddings.

  • All applicable travel fees and arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

7. Working With Your Vendors

I love collaborating with your photographer, videographer, and wedding planner! My role is discreet and complementary. I work alongside your vendors while focusing on the candid, behind-the-scenes, and social-first moments that make your day unique.

8. Timeline & Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event timelines and locations

  • Communicating any must-capture people or moments in advance

  • Ensuring appropriate vendor access and permissions at the venue

9. Contact

All communication before the event will be handled via email or text. I typically respond within 24–48 hours during weekdays. On event days, my full focus is on capturing your special moments, so responses may be delayed until after the event.

10. Team Coverage & Assignment

  • Aisle Capture It may assign event coverage to a trained content creator on its team, including for dates with multiple bookings.

  • All team members capture content in alignment with Aisle Capture It's style, standards, and approach.

  • Aisle Capture It remains fully responsible for content selection, editing, delivery, and final output quality, regardless of which team member captures the content on the event day.

  • The assignment of a team member does not affect content delivery timelines, usage rights, package inclusions, or any other terms outlined in this Agreement.

  • For packages that specifically include a second content creator, two content creators will be assigned to provide the agreed-upon coverage.

11. Limitations

While I aim to capture as much as possible, Aisle Capture It cannot guarantee the capture of every moment and is not responsible for circumstances outside of my reasonable control, including:

  • Missed moments due to late starts, limited access, or venue restrictions

  • Lighting conditions or weather that may affect content quality

  • Disruptions caused by vendors, guests, or other unforeseen circumstances
