Welcome to Aisle Capture It! These Terms of Service outline important info about our process, policies, and client expectations. By submitting an inquiry or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Aisle Capture It is a wedding content creation business based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I offer:
Vertical-format short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories)
Behind-the-scenes photo & video captured on an iPhone
Candid moments, details, and real-time clips delivered within 24–48 hours
Optional social media Story takeover (with permission)
Note: Aisle Capture It is not a replacement for professional photography or videography.
Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date.
The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days before your event.
Accepted forms of payment: [Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc. — customize this]
Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed contract is in place.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The 30% retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable in full.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date if available (within 12 months of original date).
Content Delivery
You’ll receive a preview reel or select clips within 24 hours, and your full batch of content within 48 hours post-event.
Content is delivered via Google Drive or downloadable folder link.
All clips are unedited unless a reel is included in your package.
Ownership & Usage
You have full rights to download, share, and repost your content.
I retain the right to use any captured content for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
Location & Travel
Based in Chicago’s northwest suburbs, serving Chicagoland and nearby areas.
Travel up to 30 miles is included in your package. Anything beyond that may require a travel fee (discussed before booking).
Working With Your Vendors
I love collaborating with your photographer, videographer, and planner! My role is discreet and complementary — I stay out of their way and focus on behind-the-scenes, social-first content that they typically don’t capture.
Timeline & Access
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate event timelines and locations
Pointing out any must-capture people or moments
Ensuring vendor access and permissions (especially for social media Story takeovers)
Contact
All communication before the event will be handled via email or text. I typically respond within 24–48 hours during weekdays. On event days, my full focus is on you — so responses may be delayed until after the event wraps up.
Limitations
While I aim to capture as much as possible, I’m not responsible for:
Missed moments due to late starts, limited access, or venue restrictions
Poor lighting or weather that affects quality
Any disruptions caused by outside factors beyond my control
